Event Overview

Strategic Networking for M3 Users: Practical Knowledge, Shared Experience, Better Outcomes

The best professional networks do far more than create connections. They help organisations solve problems faster, learn from real-world experience, avoid costly mistakes, and gain access to practical knowledge that would otherwise take years to build internally.

Strong professional networks create opportunities to share practical experience, learn from proven approaches, avoid expensive mistakes, and solve problems faster.

This workshop explores how the M3UA community can build more strategic, valuable, and practical forms of facilitated networking that deliver real benefits to members and their organisations.

Together, we will explore:

  • What makes a professional network genuinely valuable
  • How trust improves collaboration and speeds up problem-solving
  • Ways to share practical experience, not just technical expertise
  • How organisations can learn from each other’s investments, consultant insights, and proven workarounds
  • Which topics, formats, and specialist groups could deliver the greatest value to the M3UA community going forward

Expect practical discussion, peer learning, real-world examples, and facilitated conversations focused on making your networks more useful, relevant, and worthwhile for everyone involved.
