With constant pressures to maintain competitiveness, reduce costs and increase profitability, many organisations are implementing change management strategies to transform and modernise their business processes.

Sometimes the need for external resource can be temporary, for example, to cover a period of extended leave or to backfill for a key member of staff who has left taking valuable knowledge with them. One such organisation, ACCO has been working with Merit since 2014 on a planned migration to M3 13.2. Project Transform was devised by ACCO to upgrade its Infor M3 system whilst taking the opportunity to transform its business processes.
Recognising that an upgrade to 13.3 was a major project undertaking, needing additional and specific resources and methods to manage risks to the business, ACCO looked to Merit Consulting to complement their in-house capability.
At this year’s M3 User Association conference, Mike Nutter, EVP at Merit Globe, will share his experiences with ACCO over the past couple of years to deliver Project Transform by working together with ACCO in a collaborative way.
In a main theatre session at M3UA, Mike leads this keynote with insights into the collaborative relationship with ACCO. With support from ACCO, they will share their experiences of this major collaborative Business Transformation project and demonstrate how together, ACCO and Merit have successfully delivered Project Transform for the secure delivery of M3 13.2 across ACCO’s European business operations.
